Another gem landed to our little base called Seta, this time from Italy! Mr. Dario Assenzo Hazner, one of the winners of the famous 8bit Records label's competition on Gorge's "Erotic Soul" delivered a house bomb called "Afrikaanse Wortels". As the name implies the Dutch roots (Wortels) of the Afrikaans language are reflected in the vocal and overall in the atmosphere of track. Shiny chords and melodies accompanied by a dynamic bassline make this piece a feel-good listening experience. Big shout-out to the remixers, namely the Italian duo Sonic Dust and the Slovak trio Sensoreal, who created excellent variations of the original in their specific style.
